Mocha Morning Tag

I cannot get enough of the Mocha Morning DSP
from Stampin Up. It doesn't matter how you use it
or on what project, it always turns out nice.
I have made this elegant little tag with the paper
and the Tea Shoppe stamp set from Stampin Up.
Add some ribbon, twine and pearls and it is finished.

Tea Shoppe Tea Cups

I have more cards to share with you that i have made
using Stampin Up's Tea Shoppe stamp set.
The first card was a totally different design in my head
but i struggled through and came up with this card.

If i made this card again i would use thicker, darker ribbon
but it's not too bad and it's been nice having the time to
make cards. I have used Confetti Cream cardstock
for the base of both of these cards.

Tea Shoppe Embossed

I am having so much creative fun with the new
Stampin Up Tea Shoppe stamp set.
There are lots of images in the set to create with.
I have hand cut the large tea cup for this card.
I embossed a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock,
added some Designer series Paper, ribbon and
a sentiment and it is finished.

Simply Mother's Day

I wanted to try a simple but stylish design for a
Mother's Day card. I think i have achieved it
with this card design. I used Confetti Cream and
Very Vanilla cardstock with a little Perfect Plum and Certainly Celery for colour
and of course butterflies and bling.

Zoo Review Stamp a Stack

We made male cards for this month's card class.
We used the Stampin Up Big Shot for texture and effect.
We added baker's twine and earthy colours.
The Zoo Review stampset worked out to be a versatile set
to stamp with and add the images to the cards.
The cards are great for the young or mature men in your life.

I used a craft knife to cut out a frame for the lion to sit in.

All products are Stampin Up.

Tea for Two

The school holidays have been flat chat around here.
So it was nice to have some time today to myself.
I made this card just for me so i could use some
new Stampin Up products.
I wanted to have a try at using all the products
so this card is a little different to the style i tend to stick to.

A French Touch

I wanted to make this card extra special as the recipient is the
last to turn 18 in my daughter's group of friends.
This girl has made nice comments about all the other girls cards
so i wanted to make hers stand out.
She loves the shop Typo, just like me and all things Paris related.
I have stuck to pastel and bright colours for all the girls cards
but with the theme i chose i decided to go with neutrals.
I fussy cut the Eiffel Tower, the mannequin and the flowers.
Layered three types of ribbon and the scalloped edges.

I added Pearls here and there for a little bling.

The inside of the card.
The sentiment was perfect, as this young lady loves her sweets.

Love Birds

I made this card for a friend's wedding anniversary.
I was inspired by a similar card but cannot remember where.
I don't use my bird punch enough and i really liked these
two birds sitting on the alphabet letters.

Never Ending Birthday

We made it through the 18th birthday celebrations.
Well the family has, the birthday girl has a month long
of birthday activities planned with friends. She is off today, as Uni is on
break, enjoying more birthday fun.We had a lovely time
with family and an even nicer time with just our little
family. There was a trip to the Reptile Park, one of
birthday girls favourite places and a few nice meals out.

I made this card with one of my daughters all time favourite
patterned papers, a gate fold card.

This card is an easel card. I ran through the SU
Timeless Type Alphabet Junior Sizzlits with chipboard
and then DSP, just to add some dimension.

I don't know why this photo is wonky, most likely the photographer.

Easter Table

We like to spend as much time as we can together
at Easter, as it is the one time of the year that
we try to not make too many plans so we can
just hang out and catch up with each other.
I went with a simple table for Easter.
You can't go wrong with a linen tablecloth,
a candle and a few decorations.
Happy Easter.

Flowers, Butterflies & Treats

With the weather being so nice all week,
flowers and butterflies are about.
We made these projects last night.
The ladies and i had a great evening catching
 up and stamping.
We used the Just Believe stamp set, fancy favour
box die and the cute butterfly die.

I made these treats for everyone as Easter is just around the corner.
I found this great tutorial for this project from Michelle Last.
I picked up the chocolate eggs from Big W they are the perfect size
and gorgeous pastel colours.

Baby Shower Card

This is the card i made for the baby shower.
I struggled a little making this as i don't own
any baby stamps as such. So i pulled out a
retired star wheel stamp from SU.
I kept it simple as i plan to make a more
detailed card when the baby arrives.

I have filled these little Easter boxes. I have been
able to fit quite alot of chocolate in these.
You cannot see in the photo but there are bite size
Mars Bars, Snickers, three Easter eggs and small
eggs scattered in the cello bag.
