Simple Statement

I kept this card clean and simple.

I wanted to concentrate on what i was

writing on the inside.

I used Crumb Cake, Cajun Craze & More Mustard colours.

Here is the stash of cards i have posted off

to Karen. I didn't make as many as last year.

But in saying that i am happy with what i did

get finished. You still have time to send off

one or many blank Christmas cards so

our Troops can send their Christmas

wishes home to family and friends.

Parents To Be

I really enjoyed making this card.

It exudes excitement.

Such a special time for the recipients.

I decided on making an easel card

to add that special touch.

The verse i used on the card is from

the first card i ever received

seventeen and a half years ago

when i was expecting my first baby.

Looking forward to making the baby

it's own card in 7 months.

Old Is New

Loving school holidays.

I have nearly been through the

whole home and cleaned

every nook & cranny.

You could say spring cleaning

but the weather hasn't been

very spring like.

So what have i been up to.

Here are a few projects

that i have been working on.

A faded picture but with a nice frame,
turned into a blackboard.

A tired set of dresser draws.
Cleaned up, painted and handles polished.

Bedside drawers that have seen better days.
